Yesterday we had our appointment with Dr Anthony. Unfortunately, he had not been able to meet with Dr Lonnergan in Kirkland, so we could not complete our plan for going forward. There appears to be two different ways to approach this; one starting with chemo, one starting with radiation. That discussion between the doctors will take place today or tomorrow.
Nancy will have a port put in next week in Kirkland. This needs to be done as she can no longer use her left arm for IV's, blood draws, etc.
Last night Nancy took her longest walk since surgery. Her Mom and sister Sharon are both visiting this week.
We are humbled by the support for Nancy.....the cards, calls, well wishes, prayers, dinners...it has been amazing. Thank you all!
